Free apps earn in two ways, and you pay for both. Ads: a spot every handful of questions shatters focus, and studying between banners stretches your timeline. Reduced maintenance: updating thousands of questions after every legal change costs money, and free projects fall behind. Since 14 December 2024 the new Code changed the rules on new drivers, phone use, alcohol and e-scooters: an «old» question on these teaches you the wrong answer — and the exam bills you for it.
A fact worth knowing: failing isn't free either. Burn both attempts of your application and you re-pay the fees (€26.40 + stamps) and restart — plus ~30 days of waiting per retry. The «savings» of a poor app can cost more than three months of a serious platform.
