The aim of the platform is to help its users prepare for the Italian Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport theory exam for all driving categories.
This website (superquizpatente.it) is the marketing and information site. The provision of the subscription service, user registration, quiz execution, and any other transactional activity take place on the app.superquizpatente.it platform.

These terms of use contain all the information about using the platform. You automatically accept these terms by registering as a user of the platform.
Internet connection
To use the SuperQuizPatente platform, you need an internet connection. With a poor connection, the platform may work poorly or not at all.
Your account
To use the SuperQuizPatente platform, you need to create an account and sign in. To sign in, you must enter your email address, which you will need to verify. The email is required to access all the platform's features: track your learning progress, receive and gift discount codes, and invite friends.
Pricing
The SuperQuizPatente platform is available free of charge to everyone. Any registered user can try the platform and its features at no cost. To access the full version of the platform, you need to purchase a paid subscription.
There are four paid subscription options: weekly, biweekly, monthly, and three-month.

- 2-week subscription – 6,90 €
- 1-month subscription – 11,90 €
- 3-month subscription – 19,90 €
Subscriptions on the platform must be paid in advance. Your subscription will renew automatically unless you cancel it before its expiration. You can do this directly on the platform by clicking on "Extra", then "Subscription plan", and finally on the "Cancel" button next to the active plan.
Money-back guarantee
If you don't pass the Italian driving theory exam on your first attempt, you can request a refund under the SuperQuizPatente guarantee. For purchases made on the web or on Android (Stripe), we refund to the original payment method upon request; for purchases made on iOS, we grant one month of free access and monetary refunds are managed directly by Apple. Eligibility requires a probability of passing the exam ≥90% shown on your dashboard before the exam and proof of failure; the refund covers the fees paid in the last 30 days and is processed within a maximum of 10 business days. Subscription cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time. In this case, you will have access to all the platform features until the end of the subscription period. The cost of the subscription is shown both on the platform and on our website. We reserve the right to modify these prices at any time. We are not responsible for unexpected subscription purchases. Payments are managed by stripe.com.
Right of withdrawal (EU consumers)
Under the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005, art. 52 et seq.) and EU consumer protection legislation, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of purchase, without giving any reason.
However, in accordance with art. 59 of the Italian Consumer Code, if the digital service is activated and you have expressly consented to receive the service before the 14-day period expires — and have acknowledged that you are losing the right of withdrawal — the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content already used.

Disputes can be resolved before the courts of Lithuania or, in the case of consumers, before the court of your country of residence in the EU.
