On roads and all their parts, any behavior that may damage infrastructure or endanger traffic is prohibited. It is forbidden to damage the road, its structures, plants, or installations, as well as to alter its shape or occupy parts of it without authorization. Creating dangerous situations for other road users is also not allowed.
It is also prohibited to damage, move, remove, or deface road signs. Traffic signs are essential for safety, and any alteration may cause accidents or confusion.
The proper flow of water in ditches and drainage systems must not be obstructed. Water must flow freely to prevent flooding or damage to roads and surrounding land.
Dirtying the road or abandoning materials is not allowed, whether the vehicle is stationary or moving. In particular, throwing objects or waste from vehicles is prohibited, as it can create immediate danger and harm the environment.
Transporting mud or debris onto the road, for example via vehicle wheels coming from construction sites or fields, is also forbidden because it can make the road slippery and dangerous.
It is not permitted to dump materials into ditches or channels without authorization or to direct water improperly. The movement of animals on the road is generally prohibited, except in specific regulated cases.
Anyone who violates these rules is subject to administrative fines, which vary depending on the seriousness of the violation. In addition to the fine, there is always an obligation to restore the original condition at one’s own expense, meaning to repair any damage or remove any dirt caused.
